Mod updated for the latest patch.
- 8 new Ascension Perks for Fatantic ethics.
- New Perk: "Small Worlds", increasing minimum planet size to 16.
- Sound Investment principles reduced to 1.5% interest rate.
- "A Home in the Skies" now unlocks an edict which can increase habitat size by 1 at a cost. Can go up to size 25 for all habitats. Previously unlocked size 18 habitats.
- Imposing Mind disabled due to assimilation mechanic for hive-minds.
- "Monuments of Unity" disabled due to Symbols of Unity being introduced in new Purity traditions. "Slave Raiders" new Xenophobe Perk. I will make a new perk for Fanatic Xenophobes.
- "One Purpose" Perk Replaces "One Vision" for Gestalt Consciousnesses.
- Rebalancing buildings and components to the new design.
- Some formatting fixes.
- Some bug fixes.
- Some small tweaks.

- Ascension Perks that allows for combined Ascension Paths now adds the prerequisite techs as tech options.
- Towards Utopia should now work properly with robotic pops.
- English localisation for other languages.

Fixed several bugs that have been reported.

Fixed Settle the Galaxy producing Colony Ships when it is not supposed though.

Small modification to financial revolution, it will now disable many other upkeep reduction penalties.

7 more perks added (Finishing the Perk Combination with the final tier, also perks for mechanist and fanatic purifiers civics).

- Small addition to further compatibility with Espanded Stellaris Traditions (pops created, e.g. via xenophile perk, will now get pop modifications from EST immediately on creation).

Fixed The Hungering Swarm having 5%, rather than 0.5% bonus ship hull regeneration.

- Added 5 new perks for Hive Mind Empires.
- Corrected Spelling.
