Not much of a Razor player, but do you think the maim chance reduction for ranged heroes make S&Y not as good as it once was?

Towers crumble under the might of Razor's Scepter! :)

On a side note, I usually like buying Linken's Sphere to punish foes with Unstable Current.

No desolator? Also is Vanguard a bad tanking item for razor? How about Crystalis>Daedelus? :/

Interesting notes:
Aghanim's does well with Desolator because the Corruption destroys towers' armor and enemies' in general, allowing your ult to further wreck towers without needing to build any sort of gimmicky Refresher while still contributing hard right clicks and making your teammates' hurt harder, too.

With Max level Current and:
Phase, Drum, and S&Y, Razor to moves at 522 when Phasing.
Phase, S&Y, and Eul's, Razor moves at 522 at all times. Eul's would allow you to skip Drum as you wouldn't need the mana or movespeed as Eul's and S&Y together would give him all he needs midgame. This means you could later ditch Phase for Treads, or only use Phase when you need to actually Phase through units.

None of this to say that Phase - Drums - Mek isn't great; it still is if no one else is getting Mek.

Aghanim's Scepter for sure. And I personally use the Power Treads and Yasha.
