German States (Not working right now)

Description
This is an updated and modified version of "Releaseable German States", working with 1.5

The states have a core on their territory and you can RELEASE them as Germany (and Poland, because of Prussian cores).

Most of the countrys have a flag and leader for some partys

If you have the "Together for Victory"-DLC, you can set the checkbox by "Play as", when you release the country, to play it.

NOTE: No country is released by default, you need to do it yourself. I did it this way, because it gives you more freedom to make an alternative History with for example an independent Rhineland as a buffer between France and Germany, set in Versailles Treaty

I thought it was working...
But i cant find the mistake, the error logs dont give information, whats not working. I tried some things, but i dont know. Maybe you find the error in the log. The mod was working in 1.5 , but after the little update back then, it seems it doesnt...they only changed danzig and poznan
