Kestrel Mark IV - Runabout Class [Vanilla-Blueprint]

Description
The Kestrel Mark IV is a revitalized version of another ship I created, the Aegis. I started working on it because I needed a Large Grid ship that could be walked into; instead of jetpacking up to a door. This ship ended up being the best choice for the needed modifications. Besides accessibility, I added things the Aegis always lacked but I never installed (Extra airlock controls, groupings to kill timers, settings in the hotkey bar, turret coverage to prevent damage) and removed some of the older system redundancies.
