Description
Adding more to your beach tourist zones!! Tourism Commercial top level, with the familiar gravelly shell yard and a pleasant tropical landscaping job.

You'll see these kinds of beach house rentals along the Atlantic Coast of the US. The Jersey Shore, the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach... They are a popular way to enjoy a beach vacation in homely comfort, rather than in a hotel, and make a ton of money for their owners!

These will usually be two stories (on stilts): if they were built after The concrete stilts will either be exposed or the first story will be unfinished, often having a den, game room, etc.


This is also a handy way to make your beach look like it has residential, yet these people won't complain about the noise of the tourist commercial buildings around them! Win win

HAHA :D No problem at all! I'll help you whittle it down, this one is a 1x2 or 1x3, and I think it was level2. That should speed it up :)

Oh^^ these are vaniila waow. I don't play much with vanilla or take a look at the default buildings. Thanks for so much for ur fast reply and now i need to find this building^^ .

Actually, lemme just convert this one for you quickly and give it to you because I can do it so fast. I just need to know what level residential you would like it to be? I'll can still post you the instructions on how to do this conversion, so let me know if you want that, too.

I remember seeing a few San Francisco type houses out there, so I'll look for those while I'm at it, too

Hiya Dex! I'll be glad to help you out. This house is actually a vanilla residential at a low level, so you have it in your game already. It is just very well hidden :D. It is so nice that I converted it using a few mods. I can convert this for you of course, but would you like to know how to do that conversion? It is very easy. It will allow you to change any building to any other category, and will also allow you to make them any level you want, so you don't need a mod like level up limiters. I think that will be even more valuable to you if I show you how to do that. I will put togehter the how to, and you can send me a friend request to chat, or I will post it here :)

Hi Miyagi, i love your paradise homes but some of them are commercial.
I know u use them as rental but for me its a small game breaker, because want to create with this houses living areas and would be weird to see commercial cars moving to them daily.
Also this house here is one of the only one that fits to that what i searching for.
A house in the style like the houses in San Francisco.
