This game has been Greenlit by the Community!

We have been greenlit! A great day for Half-Life 2, and therefore, the world!



The whole team offers their heartfelt thanks to the ~15,769 wonderful people who have voted for us at the time of writing! The 95% yes rate and all the positive comments have given us many warm fuzzies over the last couple of days and kept us on the front page of the Steam community and the Half-Life 2 page.



We ❤️ you all! Particular thanks also to the many websites, bloggers, youtubers, etc. all around the world for the awesome coverage of our greenlight campaign, we had great fun using machine translation to read about it in a variety of languages :)



Having the project on Steam will make it easier for us to develop, and of course much easier for people to install and update when we start releasing builds. We know the top question on everyone's minds is when exactly that will be, but these things they take time, especially with a team of unpaid volunteers. The best we can do for now is "soon", as soon as the hands of our programmers and artists allow it.



On that note; if anyone reading this has some sort of relevent programming or graphics skillset and wants to help make Half-Life 2 great again, then do please contact us through our greenlight page, subreddit, etc. :)
