What is this mod?
It is an alternate history where the treaty of versailles puts even MORE blame on germany for WW1, and releives blame on Austria and The ottomans. Because the soviets focused their army on the german front due to the german empire not signing an amistice with russia, central asia gains independence with the support of iran, and afghanistan.

The idea of itself is not bad, with some adjustments to put the leaders to some nations that are missing and to change the trees of the national focus, it could come something interesting.
