Description
High-level Features:
  • View Dino stats and level-up choices from spyglass, binoculars, longneck rifles, assault rifles, and sniper rifles.
  • Customize your HUD by choosing what stats to reveal for wild and tame dinos seperately.
  • Tame the above mentioned dinos with more realistic and customizable arrows and darts.

Default binoculars zoom, default scope zoom, HUD Delay, and audio spying are now enabled via user settings (<shift+f1>). This settings are user independant and persist across restarts.

Vision related items:
  • Common Features:
    • View custom dino stats from afar.
    • Can see through glass objects.
    • Toggleable "Snapshot Mode" <alt+s> - Allows user to freeze the HUD on the current target.
  • SEL Spyglass:
    • Toggleable "Locked View Mode" <n> - Allows the user to scan a large area without the need for holding down a button. This mode also minimalizes the hud by removing the overlay giving the user a larger view area.
  • Electronic Binoculars:
    • 6X zoom feature.
    • Full 360 degree useability while mounted.
    • Audio spying. (Enabled/Disabled through user settings <shift+f1>)
    • GPS posistioning. Analog displays on sides show location of your view target while digital readouts show the players current location.
    • Night vision. Left click for toggle. Does not intefere with Tek Helmet or other items providing night vision buffs by only enabling its own buff when others are absent.
    • Toggleable "Locked view mode" <n> - Allows the user to scan a large area without the need for holding down a button. This mode also minimalizes the hud by removing the overlay giving the user a larger view area.
    • Can switch between 1st and 3rd person view while item is equipped and not zoomed in.
  • Enhanced Electronic Scope:
    • Custom model and icon.
    • 4X zoom feature.
    • Night vision. Toggle with <n>. Does not intefere with Tek Helmet or other items providing night vision buffs by only enabling its own buff when others are absent.
    • Attaches to Longneck Rifle, Assault Rifle, and Sniper Rifle.
  • Scoped Longneck Tranq Rifle
    • Crafted by combinging an Enhanced Electronic Scope with a vanilla longneck rifle.
    • Quality of source longneck rifle is carried through onto the new rifle.
    • Maintains features of attached scope. (Night Vision and Dino stat viewing, etc.)
    • Scope does not unequip when darts are loaded.
    • Compatible with vanilla tranq dart, and new customizable darts contained in this mod.
    • The rifle is preconfigured to use vanilla darts. If however, you ever load a staged dart into the rifle it will no longer be able to use vanilla darts.

New Tranqs.
  • These tranqs behave a little different and more like the real world in that it takes time for the narcotics to build up. All torpor is built up over 15 seconds and is configurable in the .ini for base damage and multipliers. Server admins should choose what is appropriate for their server and disable engrams where desired or configure them to a more desired state in the .ini file.

  • Default Arrow settings:
    • Stage 1 tranq arrow (Bow) - Default Setting: 20 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 5. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 100
    • Stage 2 tranq arrow (Bow) - Default Setting: 20 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 10. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 200
    • Stage 3 tranq arrow (Bow) - Default Setting: 20 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 20. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 400
    • Stage 4 tranq arrow (Bow) - Default Setting: 20 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 40. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 800

    • Stage 1 tranq arrow (Crossbow) - Default Setting: 35 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 5. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 175
    • Stage 2 tranq arrow (Crossbow) - Default Setting: 35 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 10. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 350
    • Stage 3 tranq arrow (Crossbow) - Default Setting: 35 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 20. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 700
    • Stage 4 tranq arrow (Crossbow) - Default Setting: 35 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 40. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 1400

    • Stage 1 tranq arrow (Compound Bow) - Default Setting: 27 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 5. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 135
    • Stage 2 tranq arrow (Compound Bow) - Default Setting: 27 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 10. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 270
    • Stage 3 tranq arrow (Compound Bow) - Default Setting: 27 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 20. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 540
    • Stage 4 tranq arrow (Compound Bow) - Default Setting: 27 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 40. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 1080
  • Default Dart settings:
    • Stage 1 tranq dart - Default Setting: 10 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 25. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 250
    • Stage 2 tranq dart - Default Setting: 10 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 50. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 500
    • Stage 3 tranq dart - Default Setting: 10 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 100. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 1000
    • Stage 4 tranq dart - Default Setting: 10 physical damage and Torpor Multiplier of 200. Total Torpor over 15 secs = 2000
Structures
  • Electronics Workstation
    • Optional crafting station.
    • Can be used to craft all items contained within this mod as well as a few additional electronic items from vanilla.
    • While this crafting station is not required to build any item it does offer cosmetics to your room and the added benefit of enhancing productivty while crafting at this workstation.
    • Crafting speed is customizable in the .ini
    • Includes and adjustable intensity desk lamp
  • Enhanced SEL Feeding Trough (Metal tier) and Enhanced SEL Tek Trough
    • Increased refridgeration and capacity over vanilla with the Tek Trough having more than its metal tier partner.
    • Collects food items dropped nearby
    • Haverster Dinos can fill the trough with their spoils (name beginning with a "+" designates a dino as a harvester.)

i've tried PrimalItemAmmo_RedTranq_SEL_C as the itemclass but isn't working. What is the ItemClassStrings of those tranqs?

Crafting costs need changed in your game.ini file. A quick google search should lead you to examples on how to modify the crafting costs.

can a engram be modified in server start?
i'd like to change the number of narcotics each arrow use.
I want total torpor to be 260, 310, 370, 440. but it will cost ridiculous amounts of narcotic for such small increase. 2000 torpor in one shot is too OP for me.

I use the shock darts, and wouldn't mind the scoped longneck to work with them. :)

An FYI for my subscribers: My dev rig is on the fritz and I have ordered new parts. This means that the next update I have been working on may be delayed a week or two.

No it does not work with shock darts. Shock darts have never been an item highly requested. I assume this is because of the customizeable nature of the stage 1-4 darts.

hi, was looking for the blueprint name for the enhanced troughs to override the crafting costs, normally just use the spawn codes for the info, but looks like your ones aren't the standard blueprint code (I removed vanilla air conditioners and only have s+ as an option)
any chance of help with that? thanks...
