I thought that axe needed some new armour and i wanted to make this really cool item. He has in general a shortage of armor items, especially ones that give him a chance to not be barechested now and then. I wanted to make the blademail, anda xe is definitely it's most common user. IT had to be quite wide to fit his manly chest though, but i think it came out good in the end <3

4 days of work between blender and photoshop, this armour has a polycount of 384 and a 256x256 texture, meeting the requirements adequately. The armor is fully rigged to move appropriately with axe, and It also makes good use of normal mapping and alpha.

Sadly, there is a problem with the alpha which i can't seem to fix on my end. If you look at the ingame images you will notice black boxes around the blades on the armor. I don't have the necessary access to fix this in the file uploaded to the workshop, BUT valve will be able to fix it when/if they implement the item, so no worries.

I've also included pictures taken in blender, where the alpha works perfectly, for comparison.
