Description

Absorbing and refracting the light around it, this beautiful phenomenon is also deadly. You will begin feeling the gravitational pull at around 635 km away. At the event horizon, the gravity is 10,000 g, but not to worry - you will never get close enough to experience it. Once you or your vessel hits about 45g, the gravitational forces will begin tearing you apart. You will be safe for a time, so long as you stay in a cockpit or passenger seat. If you try to get up at 45g, you will die before your ship does.

Recommended size: 120km (changing the size will alter the distance at which gravitational pull begins and the g's at which damage begins to occur.)

Gravity - 10,000 g

Textures are custom.

This mod uses a variation on rexxar's Atmospheric Damage script. Thanks to Digi, Eikester, plaYer2k, and Quarior for their feedback and assistance.

because of how damage works at a speed above 500 m/s you can actually use it as a slingshot to propel yourself just in case you're one of those people who refuse to ever make jump drives

Way too op for my stem. lol. I can't place it with out getting sucked in no matter how far away. lol. Great job though. :D I love it but for some reason when I place one I can't get away even in creative mode and can't build no matter how far away. Was going to build a base just outside of the pull of this bad boy and when NPCs come watch them helplessly get pulled in to their doom. Or untill they go out of sight and despawn. :/
