ABANDONED (Simple Changes to wonders/districts + No strategic resources)

This mod simplifies the game in allowing you to place wonders/districts where ever you want and some othe quality of life improvements.

In the image you can see a before and after of a city in this mod. You can place wonders/districts anywhere as this mod allows the harvesting of all resources.

Apart from coastal wonders you can place wonders anywhere. You can see I placed stonehenge on a hill with no adjancent stone this is the same for wonders like the Forgotten Palace which no longer requires a adjancent city centre.

Shortened the city range (you can place cities anywhere)
Settlers no longer take a population away
