Yes, the Kyotashima.bikey file can be found at our Unit Web-Site arma.fortyinches.ch
The Kyotashima terrain was mainly created with a tool called Wilbur. It is absolutely fictitious.
It's nice to hear that the terrain is still in use. That motivated me to publish an ArmA3 version of the Kyotashima terrain very soon...
