Description
You and four other unfortunate souls attempt to rebuild. Do you have what it takes to start anew?

Your faction will be a New Tribe.
Start with 5 people.
Player starting characters have a 50% chance to start with malnutrition.
Player starting characters have a 100% chance to have their food set between 0% and 10%.

i dont know about vents being disabled, its not electrical at all and pretty sure in the old times ventilation was still a thing

Let me tell you, the medieval mod I think is more challenging than the base game. I don't think I'll disable it in this scenario, but I recommend people consider disabling heat waves. They happen almost constantly, and you will have people passing out from heatstroke. The negative mood just from being hot... sleeping in the heat... it's just ridiculous. You end up spending HUNDREDS of wood every 5 days on passive coolers.
