-Textures entirely overhauled.
-Tangentspace rebaked to source tangent.
-Materials updated to method 30.
-Memory slightly lowered.

So here's what I've done for you. Full port with specular pbr to source blinn blah blah don't care. That's not what we're after.
We both know you're here for the turret mod. And you're going to love what I've done with it.


First off. Turret mod has full handmade animations for every action at 60fps. Every single one. Turret mod also had the model expressly modified so said animations operate outside of first person without the model crumpling in on itself.

It looks ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. Play around with them. The 'waveform' animation exist to properly loop the belt for the unfolded firing animation as the sfm cannot import snaps to waveform. They must be done in the motion editor. Simple enough. ctrl+c ctrl+v. You'll figure it out pretty fast.

I also implemented the heated gunbarrels via proxy. To use it, enable override materials and then give barrel_glow (all the way at the top just for you) a unique float parameter of $glow. Convert $glow to an animation set and scrub that slider.

Out of curiosity, will we be seeing the doomguy figure in sfm? I mean it probably wouldn't be THAT useful but it would a be nice to see.

BADASS weapon, works GREAT.

Are you able to do the BFG though? It'd be really great to have the BFG added to the arsenal.
