Fireworks

Description
Just something simple for new years :) Displays a small variety of fireworks in different colors using different patterns.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Options
- Tail Length / Fade speed. - tail lenght is determined by the fading effect. I lightend the screen a bit on slow fading as html canvas will cause ghosting of old graphics otherwise.
- Amount of fireworks
- Amount of particles
- Set birthday for a special message

Tips
If you want to raise the amount of fireworks, consider lowering the amount of particles. Or vice versa as both impact cpu uage. For example try 200 fireworks but 50% particle acount. Runs without cpu warning on my system.

Add your birthday for the occasional "happy birthday" fireworks. :)

Update Notes
Added fade speed
Added option to raise or lower amount of fireworks going off.
Added option to raise or lower amount of particles.
Added CPU usage warning as a lot of particles + fireworks will abuse your system.
Added some randomisation to the positioning so they would spread out more over the screen.
Fixed a problem that cause some pattern effects to not work
Fixed a problem that could cause differently timed fireworks to launch at the same time due to low framerates.
Tweaked a a bit to try and lower cpu usage on some of the heavier fireworks
-
Added animation speed setting
-
Fixed bug fireworks count option. Wasn't resetting everything properly.
-
Added "lettered" firework to be able to write some messages

@ironwillsmarz There should be a setting to make it a bit less perfect. It should cause the fireworks to be less aligned. Hope that helps.

It is a little bit too perfect, doesn't look realistic. Great otherwise!!

that would be lovely!

But don't we all love a fireworks show that is near perfect instead of one flying off to the side or going straight into the ground? :beatmeat:

But sounds simple enough. I do have my hands full at the moment but this should be it should be so quick and simple that i'll try to fit it in in between the rest. I'll see if I can add some randomness and have them fly to a slightly different position with possibly a slightly different timing with an option to control how much error there is.

great wallpaper, but could it be possible to make the length and trajectory off the rockets more random? you did a great job making the explosions random, maybe you can use the same scripts you used on there to make the rockets more random. It now looks to perfect for a firework show.
