Concrete bridge for high-speed railway lines

Description
Pre-stressed concrete beam bridge, which can be found on German high-speed railway lines.

The mod contains a normal dragable bridge and a construction for straight pieces with a big arch, as well as an abutment for the start/end of the bridge (both located in the train depot tab).

The bridge has no speed restriction and is available from the year 1980.

Thanks Merk, I understand. Would it be possible for you to upload these somewhere so I can debug my map please? Thank you so much

Hi,
I'm afraid this isn't possible with the workshop. I have an option to restore old versions, but this would affect all users.

Hi Merk, what about my issue? Is there past versions of the mod available for testing? Thanks!

One theory is, that the fps drop is caused by many meshes (bridge), castings shadow at many other meshes (trees). This would explain why it only happens in such combinations.

Well, probably need to rebuild them, as taking my precious forests would look rather stupid as well. Just so strange that static objects like the bridge archs are so FPS heavy...oh TPF, you strange beast.

If there are many trees near the bridge, it might help to reduce them. The problem ist partly related to the way the bridge ist build (many small meshes), but changing that would require several hundred new meshes, which isn't exactly a good option either.

Anyone got an idea how to minimize the FPS issues with this bridge? There's some high speed bridges where I just really need this one, but the FPS are dropping towards unplayable in their vicinity....

Thank you Merk. Thing is, my savegames aren't loading at all. Previous version without the mod enabled load just fine. Is it possible for you to provide previous versions of the mod for me to further debug my issue? Sadly the game crashes when loading the savegame.

Before reinstalling my PC everything loaded just fine.

These are just hints, no error messages, which means they won't affect the game at all.
Only the first two are from this bridge anyway, the other two are the game itself.

Hey Merk,

I had to reinstall my computer and now I get the following errors in the logs:

[ModUtil|UserSettings] Could not read settings file "M:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/446800/792717087/mod.lua".
[ModUtil|UserSettings] Could not read settings file "M:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/workshop/content/446800/792717087/mod.lua".

res/config/tips_steam.lua not in file cache!
Loading from file C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/userdata/129339173/446800/local/save/Coral Valley 01-2d.sav

I was able to fix the setting file error by renaming _settings.lua to settings.lua but the other to errors still remain.

I had unsubscribed and resubscribed to the mod but it didn't work.

Thanks
