Description
This is a Scorched Earth ONLY Mod
I will be doing a separate The Island / The Center crate mod soon.

This is a complete and total overhaul of the abysmal SE vanilla sky loot crates.
This mod does NOT effect cave or desert ground crates, only the sky crates.


White Crates:
Slight quality boost to items. Mostly unchanged.

Green Crates:
Removed most of the default blueprints. Slight quality boost to items. Mostly Unchanged. Bronto Kibble

Blue Crates:
Complete overhaul. Loot Quality approximately Ramshackle / Apprentice.
Loot table: Desert Gear, Crossbow, Hatchet, Pick, Sickle, Flame Arrow, Tranq Arrows, Moth Saddle, Fishing Rod, Leech Blood, Cailen Soup, Dilo Kibble

Purple Crates:
Complete Overhaul. Loot Quality approximately Apprentice / Journeyman.
Loot Table: Desert Gear, Rifle, Broth of Enlightenment, Tranq Darts, Chainsaw, Cement Paste, Polymer, Whip, Argy Saddle, Dodei Saddle, Sabertooth Saddle, Pike, Galli Saddle, Allo Kibble, Peli Kibble, Dimet Kibble,Stego Kibble, Angler Gel

Yellow Crates:
Complete Overhaul. Loot Quality approximately Journeyman / Mastercraft
Loot Table: Shotgun Ammo, Advanced Rifle Bullets, Metal Arrows, Silencer, Canteen, Laser Mod, Desert Gear, Mindwipe Tonic, Cactus Soup, Heal Soup, Compound Bow, Pump Shotgun, Assault Rifle, Sword, Thorny Dragon Saddle, Rock Golem Saddle, Mantis Saddle, Tapejara Saddle, Terror Bird Saddle, Vulture Kibble, Pachy Kibble, Scorpion Kibble, Mollotrops Kibble.

Red Crates:
Complete Overhaul. Loot Quality Mastercraft / Ascendent.
Loot table: Cluster Grenade, Homing Missle, Chain Bola, Flamethrower Ammo, Rifle, Assault Rifle, Pump Shotgun,Fabricated Pistol, Compound Bow, Flamethrower, Sniper Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Pike, Sword, Electric Prod, Desert Gear, 17 Saddles (Most SE Dinos), GPS, Wyvern Milk, Vault, MiniGun Turret, Canon, Rocket Turret,
Pick, Hatchet, Sickle, Fishing Rod, Chainsaw. Flak Armor / Blueprints

"Loot Quality" is approximate, most items should fall within those ranges, but there is a chance you may get items above or below the range. That's just how ARK works. Loot Quality is also dependent on your difficulty level as you raise or lower it.


I will be continuing to tweak crates in upcoming updates, I do plan on overhauling the lower tier crates in the near future.

Is this working with the updated SE loot drops? I held off adding this to Sr hire the update changed the drops and now now they do not only a bunch more garbage, but it's also expanded the loot table to include all Ark items.

For example so far I've got a dozen deep sea loot crates since yesterday. Every crate had at least two items/prints but I've only got two prints that ares useful in SE, but both are for red crossbows and the rest where sakes and or prints for saddles for dubious not in SE and I've got a full set of prints for s high quality set of fur armour.

Anyone have the spawn codes for the Scorched Earth supply drops? It's not the same loot table as the ones used for "The Island" apparently.

Purple and Red have them directly in their loot tables but yellow has a chance to drop purple items. So purple,yellow and red could drop them. You chances are higher however in purple or red.
