{Features}==========================================

[Dynamic Spawns]
Depending on location, time and what’s around already, as you travel through Skyrim, you will see adventurers, be ambushed by hostiles, or encounter large army skirmishes.

Civilians will come and go as you travel through towns and inns. This mod uses a small number of NPCs connected to a large list of potential references, recycled and randomized, to create the feel of a denser, more populated Skyrim.

[Hostile Survival Mode]
RSE tracks your location and the type of NPCs in it and spawns more of them depending on various conditions. RSE generates a local population count for each type of spawn it finds and can save this data between cells. Spawns will continue until the population of the spawn type is depleted.

This currently affects, among other things:
-Bandits
-Daedra
-Draugr
-Dwarven Automations
-Falmer
-Forsworn
-Giants
-Silverhand
-Skeletons
-Spiders
-Vampires
-Wolves

[Dynamic War Campaign]
You can wage war across Skyrim for control of territories. Skyrim is logically divided into over 60 randomly generated zones. These zones and their current occupiers can be viewed on the map as miscellaneous objectives.

*NOTE: The markers on the map only represent the centers of the zones, the locations of the markers have no significance.

An army’s forces are distributed among the zones they occupy along with a portion of the army’s wealth in gold.
Each territory occupied generates gold for the army, which can be used to raise more soldiers.
The more zones you hold, the more gold is generated overtime

Whether you engage in the fight or not, it will go on in the background. Territories will be won and lost across Skyrim. Depending on who holds the territory you are in, you will see different armies patroling the lands and settlements

[Calling Units]
You can view campaign stats from the War Campaign Menu in your spell list. After taking a side in the civil war or completing the Namira's Ring quest, "The Taste of Death" in Markarth, you will be able to call soldiers to help you.

[Escorts]
Call 1-2 soldiers from your own army to follow you around.

[Raid Party]
Call a small force of your own soldiers to follow you. Marching a raid party in enemy territory will result in frequent attacks from that army.

[Call Ally Reinforcements]
Request the deployment of a small force of soldiers from a local ally army to your area. Requires 1 Merit point. Merit points are gained by killing multiple enemy soldiers. Calling for ally reinforcements in hostile territory can start a Battlezone Skirmish.

[Full Army March]
March your own soldiers through Skyrim. Requires at least 1 territory. Marching into enemy territory will trigger a Battlezone Skirmish. You cannot fast-travel or wait while marching. To start a march you must be in your own territory or be in an ally's territory and have your own territory in the same region.

[Battlezone Skirmishes]
Battlezone skirmishes erupt around you as you travel through Skyrim, between nearby territories held by opposing armies. The battles will go on until an opposing army loses all of its available soldiers in that territory. If the battle happens in the losing army's territory, the winning army claims it. There are no restrictions on the number of armies that can be involved in a skirmish. The number of soldiers spawned per army can be adjusted in the MCM.

[Active Armies]
-Imperial Legion
-Stormcloaks
-Aldmeri Dominion – An army of High Elves, become active as an ally of the Imperial Legion if they are losing too badly
-The Warriors of Malacath – an army of Orc invaders
-The Ravagers – an army of ex-forsworn mercenaries affiliated with Namira’s Cult
-Forsworn
-The Hammerfell Resistance - An army of Redguards waging war against the Aldmeri Dominion, they are shaky allies with the Stormcloaks and enemies of the Imperial Legion

[Commanding Armies]
After taking a side in the civil war, you will be able to earn gold and your own soldiers by helping win battlezone skirmishes. By killing large amounts of enemies during skirmishes, you will be rewarded with funds for your own army and be given command over soldiers in your own army division. You can command multiple armies and switch between them from the War Campaign Menu.

[The Ravagers]
By completing the quest for Namira’s Ring you can become the leader of a mercenary faction within Namira’s cult, a group of cannibalistic ex-forsworn known as the Ravagers.

[Daedra Crisis]
An extension of the radiant war system. After reaching level 15, powerful conjurers, known as Daedra Cultists will begin to appear at random across Skyrim, summoning hordes of daedra. Territories can be overrun and become occupied by daedra rather than an army. In order to prevent a daedra apocalypse you must kill the cultists and their leader.

Daedra controlled zones can be taken by defeating their armies in open battle or by killing the daedra cultist conjurer. If you are leader of the Ravagers and you kill a daedra cultist in daedra territory. The territory will become yours.

[Alliances]
You can request an alliance with an enemy army if your animosity level is low. Not all armies will accept new alliances, the Imperial Legion and Aldmeri Dominion can never be negotiated with and if you are their allly and you make an alliance with their enemies they will treat it as a betrayal and become hostile on the battlefield.

Making alliances requires merit points and gold. The amount of your army's funds that will be needed to make an alliance depends on your reputation.

[Reputation]
Goes up or down depending on your actions. Actions such as betraying ally armies or desertions among your own army will lower your reputation. Winning battles and completing quests will raise your reputation.

[Additional Notes]
There is very little direct editing done in Skyrim, meaning this mod should be compatible with most other mods
I never fully completed this mod, and I may never, that said, all parts should work fully as they are.

This mod is terrible, it causes a major glitch that causes important NPC's, so far captain aldis, general tullius, legate rikke, to teleport away to some unknown location right in front of me, the only way I am able to get to these npcs is teleporting via console commands

If enemies are too stronger you can maxify your damage in MCM and then reduce the one you take too. I use it with open civil war, become the high king immersive edition, the second great war and I truly love RSE additions to this combo. I check the Daedra Crisis option only when I've done my conquest and gathered my armies.

This mod is hot garbage. Looked cool at first, but it ends up ruining your game. Enemies are for some reason all much stronger than you, Daedra crisis spawns way too many daedra which end up overunning and killing everything around, and almost every battle leads to a crash. It literally will randomly spawn 30+ dremora, and atronauchs with buffed stats into the middle of your game and completely hold up everything else until you beat them. You can turn this feature off, but then whats the point of even downloading it? Cool idea ruined by incompetence.

it appears I'm not the only one having trouble with ludicrously difficult enemies, there are a few threads on the nexus mods page of people having the same problem. so basically this mod just sucks wet donkey farts

why does this mod spawn hyper overleveled enemies? It'd be a great mod if I could even remotely fight against bandits, but as it is I have lv 40 one handed skill with an upgraded elven axe and I run into hordes of 5+ bandits where EACH BANDIT TAKES AT LEAST 10 HITS TO KILL, MEANWHILE THEY CAN ALL KILL ME IN 2
