Roman-Byzantine Rename

Description
With this small mod, you can rename the guardians of Constantinople to their proper, historical name, the Roman Empire. 'Byzantine Empire' is historically inaccurate and is a rename done by foreigners centuries after its fall in 1453 for various reasons.

**>> This mod is incompatible with my other Byzantine rename mod, or any <<**
**>> other that renames 'e_byzantium'. You will have to pick one or the other. <<**

@Maxwell Man, excellent idea, per the Partition of Romania, the Franks that took Constantinople recognized that they were a new administration over the East Empire rather than making a new empire. Translatio Imperii, akin to the German Roman Empire. One of these days, I'll do that.

Can you make a version of this for the Latin Empire?

Also, how was Theodosius' decree to split the Roman Empire in two reversed by one of the two Roman Emperors, who no longer had any real jurisdiction over each other? IIRC, Julius Nepos held onto a rump state WRE in Dalmatia for a few years after Odoacer conquered Italy. As Nepos was the emperor of the WRE rump state, how can his authority be beneath an equal Roman Empire?

The Holy Roman Empire had nothing to do with the division of the actual Roman Empire. That only started when the Bishop of Rome went rogue and broke from the greater Orthodox Church for the first time (although the actual Great Schism would not happen for centuries).

The Byzantines themselves called themselves Romans and called their state the Roman Empire.
However, after the fall of the Western Roman Empire, foreigners knew them as the Eastern Roman Empire.

@Blackhound It does not change it in CKII unfortunately. I myself go into the mod files and edit them to have it say Roman Empire Like this mod does.

Does anyone know if CK2+ alters e_byzantium somehow; is this compatible? It doesn't appear to have changed anything for me.
