Mod Achievement System

A framework mod to add achievement support to Mods. Other mods define and unlock achievements, this mod gives you popups and has a nice screen.

Already Supported
  • Grimy's Mods
  • RealityMachina's Mods
  • A Better Advent
  • Some More Achievements (by me)

Known Issues
  • Incompatible with Quick Start. Use Quicker Start.
  • If they totally not work for some reason, use the console command ModAchievementsReregister

  • Optional Dependency - It's not required for your users, everything will work normally if they don't install the Achievement System
  • Lightweight API - Only one class to tell my mod what achievement to unlock. Everything else is handled by my mod.
  • In-game popups - some small popups, but nothing that hinders gameplay
  • Default Icons - Can't design icons? No worries, we prepared something.
  • Support for points, categories and completion rates - The maximum amount of gimmicks you can get. Also, hidden achievements.
  • Counting Achievements - So mod authors don't have to keep track of everything.

Documentation [github.com]

Report issues here[github.com], they have a much higher chance of getting attention.

Huge thanks to Grimy and RealityMachina, for they were the first to implement achievements and give valuable feedback!

Describing how I feel about this mod would be inappropriate, well done!

I had a situation where missions would not end when no enemies present as expected. I removed all mods and then added them one at a time to see when the same error would occur. When I added this mod the error happened again. Removing it using remove missing mods after a restart of the game and a save of the game file resulted in the mission ending normally once I clicked to end my turn. The error has not returned after removing this mod.

This one crashed my game on startup with WotC, I am running other mods but I'm assuming the conflict was with the DLC

Any word on if this one is compatible with WotC? I'm afraid to try to load it myself :(

There is a file XComMAS_NullConfig.ini in the user config folder where everything is stored.
Since you have a backup, you should be able to merge those files. Just copy everything from the backup except the first line (with the square brackets) to the end of the current version in Documents/My Games/XCOM 2/Config/XComMAS_NullConfig.ini

I have manually deleted all the config files and as a result it reset my achievments progression. I backed up all the files but played since. Is there a way to mend to the last state or to manually tick on the ones I did accomplished?
