UPDATED:

Added Monitor incoming call blinking light skin to each of the four main skins and change the the monitor button light to on when a screen other than off is used. The model now has 20 skins.

(First number is the Red Skin, second is the blue skin - see the pattern??)

Fixed a bad command in the seals texture.

Fix Note: Pre-Update Usage

If you are already using the van when you load your session this model will replace the old and will screw up the tailgate. To fix, right click the model and select Utilities then reattach model. Everything should fall into place.



This was a fun one, completely built from scratch (including the Sword lable) using the only 2 known sources for references (that I know of...) the Expiration Date video and the short glimps of the van flying off a cliff and crashing through the wall in the Pose to Pose 13.1 tutorial video.

I do believe this van is a bit more enhanced than that one though.

There are only 3 flex controls,

2 open the side doors and 1 opens the Security door from the cab to the back of the van.

In the cab the dice have something like 24 bones, just so you can swing and bounce them as you drive merrily down the road.

The steering wheel and stick shift have bones.

Both seats have bones not only so you can fold them up to provide unobstructive access to the cab, but also provide a locking points to help get characters into them easier.

There is a sequence animation for the wiper blades, or you can rotate them yourself.

There are 4 different monitor screens for each of the 4 pinciple skins
1. Monitor off (default)
2. Test Pattern featuring Saxton Hale
3. I've provided a green screen skin so those of you who want to through some post-production video onto the monitor... go nuts.
4. I've included a RT Camera screen. So if you want to throw in a FlyCamera and lock a RT Camera to it, you can watch the scene in the comfort of the cab.

RT_Cameras have been around since SFM was released and setting them up is pretty simple. Just follow Doc_Ock_Rokcs video found here. http://youtu.be/VOeHkZsIJs4 .

So, this makes a total of 8 (or more) different variations (skins) of the New Van/Shot up Van for both Red Bread and Blu Corn Vans (8 skins each)

Moving into the back...

I've provided 4 shelving units for stowing G(B)e(e)ar for those long stakeouts. These Shelve are individually body grouped, so you can either have them turned on or turned off (individually).

The Tailgate

The tailgate consists of 11 bones. They are rigged the same as if they were a garage door, which means, you can't pull out individual panels. I had to do this so that I could get the open and close animation to work properly. (yup, I included an open/close animation for the gate)

The bumpers have 3 bones, so you can distort them in damage mode.

The hood has a bone, but be careful when using it while opened. The cab is visible (I thought I had filled that, but guess I missed it... so stuff a corpse or two in to plug the hole.

Front wheels have separate steering and rotating bones, and the rears are spinable as well.

I even stuck a bone on the roof vent, so it can be opened to deploy a hidden 50 cal or conceal another case of beer. (maybe a video drone launching bay...)

im on 0.9.5.17 cuz the original wont work, and nothing is there, how the crap do i import custom models and maps into the game cuz nothing appears.
