Description
Increase resources from the most states of Chinese mainland.
Increase the number of starting buildings and building slots in the most states of Chinese mainland.
increase the Chinese starting research slots from 2 to 4, including PRC.
Change some starting tech of China, either ChI and PRC.

这玩意太变态了吧...太祖开局完全活不下去，打三马被反推一波...不打的话，等抗日了，校长300多个师一波推平日本...太祖完全就是看海了
