Can two players both play as Federation founder members? For example say I play Andorians and my friend plays Vulcans. If that is possible how does it work once the Federation is formed?

Well you can free them as romulan... but then again their basicaly still slaves as, canonicaly, they where conquered like instantly by romulans when they set foot on romulus after the divide from the vulcans.

So wouldnt realy make sense to add them as a race (and no, the scimitar is one thing, their race was NOT by a longshot as advanced when they where conquered and ONLY had tech from the romulans (thats also why the scimitar is, althou impressive big, underarmed like 90% of the romulan navy...)

Folks, the second line literally says "3.11.3 Compatible". The latest update is 3.12, the mod is NOT COMPATIBLE yet. It will be updated sometime later, Jesus. In the meantime, try to enjoy the new vanilla experience if you have the latest DLC.

Because you probably didn’t roll back to 3.11.3 and install one of their UI mods.
