I am quite pleased with how this turned out considering this was my first try at making a map in Hammer.
Good luck with fine-tuning this map. It's certainly better than @audiotrash's piece of trash!
Oh and the flipping panel by the button is so you can pop a portal to the other room and grab the cube easier. It's essentially to avoid excessive running around.

Though I will definitely consider tweaking the timer. A few have already requested that change so I think a tweak to that is definitely in order. Also, if I do happen to come across some logic setup to detect when particular stuck situations occur, I will definitely change up the surfaces in that room. Thanks again for your feedback :)
