Retains From Software's original rigging, mostly, with some slight adjustments here and there along with full helperbone support. As is the case with darksouls2 cloth is still an issue; but I got it working well enough.

Also includes all alternate weapons as bodygroups.


Has 2 rather important quirks you absolutely must keep in mind.

First. This is using a debased conversion of pbr (physical based rendering) to blinn (what source uses. i.e. not pbr). What this means is the lighting environment itself is just as important as good lighting is.
I'm not referring to map lighting. I mean having a dozen or more subtle shadowless lights scattered about to pretty much simulate the lighting of the environment around you.
Don't be lazy. I couldn't make it any easier and believe me I tried.

Second. The method used to illuminate the glowing bits is using something called $emissiveblend. This parameter has a bug in the sfm. Every light in the general vicinity of the model makes the glow more intense even if it's not hitting anything the model. That wouldn't be a problem if not for quirk number 1. They are going to get way more intense.
Should they start reaching the point of absurd go ahead and enable override materials. Add a float value to every material for the command of $emissiveBlendStrength. By default it's set to 0.31 on everything but the sword, which is 0.5 instead. Just lower them to whatever you need.
Or hell set it to 0 to turn them off if you want.
