How to change skin for your Vive controller

Couldn't find this here, so i'll make a repost of KillstreaKs's guide from Reddit.

(Only in SteamVR Beta for now)

How to install skins

1. Download the skin texture (from the "Texture link" column)
   
2. Rename the file "onepointfive_texture.png"
   
3. Go to Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR(or OpenVR)\resources\rendermodels\vr_controller_vive_1_5
   
4. Place the texture in that directory, if it asks to replace files select "Yes"

How to restore the original skin

1. Download the "Original" skin (the very first one on the table)
   
2. Rename the file "onepointfive_texture.png"
   
3. Go to Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR(or OpenVR)\resources\rendermodels\vr_controller_vive_1_5
   
4. Place the texture in that directory, if it asks to replace files select "Yes"
