Halo: UNSC Capital Ships (Scaled down)
18 items
Description
The Valiant-class super-heavy cruiser is a heavy capital ship classification in the UNSC Navy. It is best suited to fleet command and tactical support with its nuclear weapons.

History
The Valiant-class is a well-equipped flagship. It is armed with 2 MAC cannons, tons of Archer missiles, and is heavily armored, making it the heaviest cruiser classification in the fleet. However, its two biggest assets are its devastating Hyperion nuclear missiles and its expansive bridge, where the crew can command an entire fleet and use its advanced radar system. The UNSC Everest, a Valiant-class, commanded by Preston Cole, led a fleet to destroy dozens of Covenant vessels, and then singlehandedly destroyed more than 300 enemy ships by using its nukes to detonate a nearby gas giant into a micro-nova, assumedly resulting in its own destruction as well.

Armament
Twin Standard MAC, Archer Missiles, Point Defense Guns, Shiva Nukes

Equipment
Jump Drives, Assemblers, Radar, Medical Bay

Tactics
The Valiant, while formidable in combat, is quite expensive, and is best used as a flagship. Keep it just behind the line of fire to command a fleet, or use its nuclear missiles to destroy high-priority targets.

NUKES: The launcher is turned off by default, but the 9th hotkey toolbar has controls to 1: activate launcher, 2: fire launcher, 3: to use launcher's assigned telescope.

To use this ship: This ship has a modest interior with a pilot seat and control chairs to control frigates, fighters, and destroyers. It can also be set to patrol with its remote control block.

PS: This version is almost exactly alike in function and capability of Mark 1. This model is based on the model used in the board game Halo: Fleet Battles and is now used in Sins of the Prophets.

I have 4 of them up, the Halcyon, Marathon, Paris and Halberd/Thanatos are up, plus a vanilla version of the Halcyon. Now I want to make 4 Covenant ships and I made a new CCS, and the CAS is going to take a while.

Awesome! Thank you and can't wait for those new ships!

Halo2FTW: Currently am building a new line of the 1:10 ships and plan on doing 4 ships from each faction at a time. Right now I need to do the CCS, RCS, CAS and CRS. OAS will be a bit later.

Patton: Thank you! A Punic IS in order. I didn't want to build a Punic carrier because there have not been very many attractive renditions of the ship, but the SOTP crew's latest Punic design will do nicely. It will be a while, but I do plan on one eventually.

Hey maybe a Punic? you'd be the first for that ship and you do so well with the other ships I mean they're smaller than full size but have so much detail!

Btw how is your OAS coming along?
MrEvan312  [author] Sep 23, 2016 @ 8:19pm
Between 5-10% of the original? I'll be making a new 1:10 at some point.

What scale is this to the FULL size version?
