Just a question though, doe this Civ play right with the AI?
Regarding balance, I'm open go feedback here if you've got specific ideas. The UB's theme bonus might be too much, but without it the only real benefit of the civ is Aya herself. I also hesitate to make her too squishy. Perhaps a more blunt hammer like a negative production bonus on the civ might help? I just worry about impacting the late game when most of Aya's utility is early game.
(The mod itself is quite good, just some ideas for improvement.)
