As they say, “look for the problem on your side,” because I checked—all the assets are in place in the cloud (and haven't been deleted, as was the case before), and they download without any problems.
The old and good solution to these problems is to clean up the folders
Documents\My Games\Tabletop Simulator\Mods\Images \ImagesRaw \Models \ModelsRaw
Then the game will re-download everything necessary when you restart the mod

Sorry, I'm aware of that, I didn't add anything there, as some time ago the authors of those cards were against it, and now I have no way to contact them (well, or they just ignore it).
Plus, even the cards I could add to the Fallout Equestria pack are only half of the entire deck.

Hello, dunno what's wrong but many things (including core deck) include just few cards; tried loading the game twice had issues both times

The ship and pony card images won't load for me, the backs are fine but the fronts are brown and yellow stripes. When my friend logs into the same server it's fine, whether he's hosting or I am.

That's a very strange bug you've caught. Have you tried to invite other players to your game, during which you can't see the card images, and see how their cards load.
