Description
This mod adds a Desert Eagle pistol to the game. It's properities can be customized in the steamapps/workshop/content/268500/625162110/Config/XComCV_DesertEagle.ini file - by default, it's exactly the same as the base pistol.

This is a new weapon which doesn't replace any other weapon. It supports the weapon color and camouflage system.

In the future I'd like to add proper UI icons, right now it uses the same icons as the default pistol.

Made by Yard1, model by DICE/EA, ripped from BF4 by gianlucagp @ facepunch.com

We need WOTC versions of weapons like these

The guns are not showing on my game...is there something I need to do? Research, buy or enable them on a menu somewhere?

I believe all standalone weapons work with LW2 no problem. Im using all the mass effect weapons and 870 mcs shotgun with no problem. I think the pdf files regarding compatibility mention that additional weapons need balancing.

Does this work with LW2?

Can you do a Chiappa Rhino? I'd like one of those.

from E3245:
They need to update their mod by adding this line to the Template: Template.bInfiniteItem = true, since the update changes the default bool from true to false if you leave out the Template.bInfiniteItem.

tl;dr Add Template.bInfiniteItem = true to your weapon templates.

I've already did it to all my weapon mods.
