I had almost forgotten I had posted this, as it was 2 years ago now. That mystery lasted 10 years! XD

Is that the actual translation? It fits the way the Monolith's writing is stated, and I really like it!

I too would like to know what it says, but I have a suspicion. Where the first one on mars spoke of a great race that lived there that now lives in the stars, what's the most likely this would say? It could be telling the Earthlings congratulations on their first step, or telling other races to leave the world below in peace, but I doubt it. It is probably a quarantine marker telling all other races not to contact the insane primates down there!

Has anyone figured out what the message on the Stereolith is? Mars Monolith has "A GREAT RACE HAS LIVED ON THIS PLANET NOW THEY LIVE IN THE STARS" but I still can't find where anyone has solved the Stereolith.

@gfrannic well seeing as we know trash auto-removal is the problem, you turn that off if you want them, its best to keep that off anyway as it has a nasty habit of deleting things you're working on in between saves and loads.

If the trash removal is causing them to dissapear, why would this one stay?
