Sentinel Class Fast Response Cutter - 703

The first commissioned class is the "Sentinel class fast response cutter", a refitted exploration vessel. The relative small ships provide technical and medical firt aid. With a maximal jump distance of ~1600 km they have a very short response time at the edge of populated space but are self-sustaining for longer flights. The Interior is very cramped, but provide the crew with everything needed.
1 missile turret, 4 gatling turrets and 2 forward rocket launchers are no match for a real warship, but provide cover against a hostile environment and a good argument against most non military ships.

The Sentinel Class comes in two Versions: "702" and "703". The only difference are the hangar openings. While the 702 has a extendable working plattform, the 703 has airtight hangar doors. The original design of the 702 is way cooler, but it contains a piston and one wrong click or move causes absolut havoc in the back of this ship - not very practical for a fast and maneuverable ship. :(
