I tried a little bit fix on vtf, it's paintable now

Includes:
models\workshop\player\items\engineer\sf14_beep_man\sf14_beep_man_color.vtf

A note to the four comments below me...

This should go without being said, that the broken files in the "tf" are given more priority than the working texture fix in the "workshop" folder. What you have to do is move the file to a new folder and give that higher priority than the "tf" folder in SDK. THEN the fix will work

I'm sorry to say but this isn't much of a fix. Beep man is still black. NOTHING changed. A fix isn't much a fix if it fixes nothing. I'm sorry but just saying
