Kingdom Of Rome

Hello , i have made this mod inbetween my usual roster.

This mod adds a formable Kingdom of Rome to the game so you dont have to use console commands to create this title(Yay!)

To form rome , you need to:
1)Own 2 or more duchys
2)Have around 800 gold and a large amount of piety(Under 1000)
3)And you must own the county of rome , meaning you may need to evict the pope from rome

Then an alert should appear , stating that you can create the title and if you dont get the alert , go under the minimap and click the find titles button , type "rome" and then click "Kingdom Of Rome" and it should take you to its title screen where you can create it and if not , it tells you exactly what you need to create it.
