Description
Adds Flynt as a playable leader of the Bandit Clan as a part of my Civilization 5 Borderlands Collection. Requires Brave New World. If you enjoyed the mod please consider leaving a like and feedback on it.

Please keep in mind that the AI is VERY hostile, it is to the point where he will probably declare war the moment he sees you, but that's because they are Bandits and that's what they are.

Something very unrelated, his name is Flynt in-game and not Captain Flynt. Because I wanted it so his name is based on what social policies you pick. We also don't want "Captain Captain Flynt" to happen as well, but to be fair his name is Captain as mentioned in Borderlands 2 storyline. So pick exploration to be Captain Flynt!

Unique Ability:
No assigned city names. Borrow from other civilizations. 20% Production when making Land Units. Land units cost 50% Less Maintenance.

Made them have no city names, not even the capital because Bandits aren't civil and they just conquor and settle that land.

Unique Unit:
Psycho: Warrior Replacement. Cheaper to make, can melee/range attack at the same time.

Unique Building:
Flynt's Ship: Palace replacement, provides more gold and city defense, contains one more slot of great work of art/artifact.

Music:
War: Flynt's and Boom Bewm Boss Theme
Peace: Bloodshot Ramparts Ambient

Thanks! I was thinking about getting into modding for Civ 5 so if I do I might ask later if I could use this mod as a base and implement the changes, giving credit and only with your permission of course.

Yeah, I like your ideas but sadly it's a pain to go back and change stuff since it takes far too long but I'm glad you are enjoying my mods!

I love this and all your borderlands mods. Tha being said, I'd change the Psycho to have less melee strength but to do a ranged attack before attacking like the Zulu Impi, since I notice they tend to do that in the actual game.
Also I'd replace the Flynt's Ship with a Unique Great General, maybe a Captain that would have it's own combat strength and give a higher combat bonus but would only give it to melee units. However I understand that this is alot to ask for and I respect your choices so far. Great job!

Ohhhhh, I know what you mean~. I play with a mod that adds Dark Souls covenants as Civs, and seeing "Lord Knight Solaire" is a little odd.
