Alternate Aftermath WWI

In the year 1917 the Zimmerman Telegram is never intercepted by British intelligence. As a result the United States has no excuse to join the Allies. Russia surrenders to German demands in 1918. The German Spring Offensive overwhelms British and French forces without the support of American supplies and manpower. Within months all of France is under German control. At the same time, Austria-Hungary collapses from Italian, Serbian, and Greek forces. Germany quickly relocates forces from France to try and stablize the region. The remaining German armies make slow but steady advances in the south. Spring of 1919, The seige of Rome begins as German forces move against British and Italian Armies in the region. The German blockade of The United Kingdom forces the Allies to sign The Treaty of Dresden in the spring of 1919. The Allies consequently take blame for the war and pay Germany severe war reparations. Fall of 1919 Germany annexes Austria 20 years earlier than actual history. Continued German expansionism prompts the formation of a stronger Anti-German European alliance. May 1921, The Red Army forces the White Army back to the brink of destruction, while the Japanese Empire decides whether or not to fully commit forces to the war against the Red Army. In the west, the United Allies stand ready to end Germany's reign over the continent.
