Winter Woodsman - Texture Fix

As requested by Pte Jack, this is a fix for the broken all-class hat, 'Winter Woodsman', aka 'hiphunter_hat'. The default Woodsman shows up w/o its tartan pattern. This version basically fixes that issue.

SIMPLY SUBSCRIBING DOESN'T FIX THE ISSUE! FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Sub to this AND this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=353943598
2. Confirm subs in SFM
3. Close SFM, launch SDK (Click launch button in Steam, click 'Launch SDK')
4. Click 'Edit Search Paths For Selected Mod'
5. Click and drag 'Workshop' to the top of the list and hit OK
6. Launch SFM, add model
7. Search hiphunter_hat and scroll down. THE HATS LABELED HIPHUNTER_HAT_FIX AREN'T THE FIXED HATS! Confusing, I know. The fixed hats have the path workshop\player\items\all_class\hiphunter_hat

CONFIRMED TO STILL WORK AS OF 2022, follow the instructions to a T and it'll work just fine.
