UESC Patriarch-Class Heavy Carrier

This is a modification of the UESC Oligarch-Class Light Carrier. It is far more heavily armed and has over double to small ship carrying capacity. While it retains the high level of mobility enjoyed by the Oligarch, it is not as fast as its smaller counterpart.

- Two interior hangars
- Two cockpits (one internal, one external)
- Superior maneuverability, agility (especially considering its size)
- Fully functioning conveyor system
- "Box and shell" design - majority of vital components contained within a prefabricated 'box', surrounded by several layers of armor and the exoskeleton of the ship itself
- Capacity for 6-14 fighters or other small ships

STRATEGY:
- Patriarchs are heavily armed - can sufficiently defend themselves from attack by both large and small ships
- Deploy 2-5 Patriarchs along the rim of a battle zone
- Use the armaments aboard the Patriarchs to soften up enemy defenses and disperse them
- Send in the small ships carried by the Patriarchs to attack specific targets
- Keep the Patriarchs close together - they are vulnerable to encirclement when isolated
- The Patriarch is NOT fast enough to escape enemy fighters or less heavily armed large ships, and is vulnerable to attack in the rear. Hold your ground, and deliver a frontal or broadside defense whenever possible
