"Wraith, reporting in!"

The Wraith was a star-and-atmospheric superiority fighter used extensively in the Koprulu Sector by the factions of the Guild Wars, commonly seen in the air force of both the Confederacy and the Sons of Korhal before the events of the Starcraft games. Commonly used as a primary air unit, the Wraith is recommended in swarms against larger targets such as Carriers, Guardians, and Battlecruisers. What made the Wraith so effective was its ability to use a cloaking device to give it up to 3.5 minutes of invisibility, making it a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.

The Wraith's air-to-air superiority was soon replaced in terms of importance by the Valkerie. Both of these would be replaced by the Viking Fighter/Mech unit.

After listening to the old ending cutscene for the Terran Campaign of Starcraft 1, I had the sudden urge to build this. So I obeyed that urge and got this done within an hour. I am mighty impressed by my work. She isn't perfect, but holy cow is this thing fast. I had to do a lot of tinkering to make sure that this ship didn't overload and that its wings and design were perfectly to scale to the model. Overall, I am satisfied. Very satisfied.

She is survival ready, however the battlecannons and rocket launchers have to be loaded separate from the main connector. They each have their own cargo containers so this shouldn't be too much of a problem in terms of ammo count.
