The team at One Game Agency, who are responsible for the very popular Gamersbook community, asked me to design a 2nd set of weapons to help promote their upcoming, new and exciting professional tournament CounterPit League Season One scheduled to start towards the end of April 2015!!

I love being involved in anything that might help the CS community grow and provide players and fans more ways to watch there favourite teams. The NEW CounterPit League plans to do that very thing and supporting this design will help support more CounterPit eSport events and in turn the pro scene in general.

About the design…
I always liked the Punk aesthetic and I personally had not noticed any weapons with this style on the workshop, so I decided to give it a go. It attempts to create a unique and original design inspired by the music of old bands like the sex pistols through to more modern bands like the prodigy, pendulum, etc. Also tried a new technique with the paintwork, I retained the base design from the Default AK and applied the paint over the top, this gives contrast when moving as stronger highlights move over the painted areas and more matt/tarnished look the non-painted areas.

I appreciate it might be a bit erm... pink for some :-D but I hoping you might like the more unusual direction, thanks very much for visiting the page please leave a comment and feedback if you have time!
