Description
Adds two new Resolutions to the World Congress that support Global Warming.

Resolutions
*Biofuel Subsidies: Pastures and Plantations yield +1 Gold and Science, but -1 Food. Requires Biology. Reduces Global Warming Index by 10% (Requires Global Warming Mod).

*Greenhouse Gas Regulation: +1 Happiness per City. Global Production reduced by 10%. Requires Combustion. Reduces Global Warming Index by 25% (Requires Global Warming Mod).

My Global Warming (v.6) is not required to use this mod, but is highly recommended. It's available via the above linked Component Mods Collection.

Global Warming is not real. CO2 is Heavier than Air. it can't ever touch the atmosphere.

@Sketch (SpaceViking1) Sounds like a good scenario, but this is not a scenario mod, just a humble little addtiion to the base game.

Hey, idea, what if you could drive the world in the other direction? Drive the world into a artificial Ice Age and eliminate other civs by freezing them to death as your civ goes underground to reemerge once the earth has rewarmed
