It's also a very good idea to not use excessive pulleys. This could lead to exploits. The way I setup the pulley in the picture, that's all that is needed. If I did the solution as you intended, didn't need the unlocked teeter totter and extra rope for the pull-string lighter. Just connect a rope directly to the teeter totter that Tim will land on. Best way to solve this is have the teeter totter and Tim be on the right instead of the left (still below of course).
