IF YOU ARE CRASHING IN THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME AFTER LOADING IN OR AT ANY POINT DURING A GAME SESSION: FIRST ANNEX AWAY CHICTAN IZLA(IF YOU HAVE CUBA ON), THE BREAKERS(IF YOU HAVE ECR ON), AND THE CUBAN JUNTA(IF YOU HAVE CUBA ON) BEFORE REPORTING BUGS TO ME!

That's because ya need the LAE patch instead of this.

Not sure why but I think this might conflict with LAE as the LEA national modifiers disappear with it on
