Sonic Adventure 2 Battle CENTERED & BUBBLES FIX

The changes include:
- Centered logo and added slight drop shadow to be more accurate to how it's displayed in SA2B's title screen.
- Adjusted Sonic and Shadow's positions to be more equidistant from the screen edges.
- Increased Ember (bubbles) Lifetime values from 1 to 1.5 .

I wasn't sure if the original creator would ever make an update to this, so I did it myself. I tested this on a 1024x768 and 1920x1080 display, so I don't know how 16:10 aspect ratios will look with this. Please let me know if there's any issues and I'll do my best to fix them.
