Celts = Warlike, carnivore and semi-nomadic
Germanics = Pacifist, Vegetarian and settled
Germanics were more civilized, essentially. The only germans that are tall are the west germans who are genetically similar to the Insular Celts. (Dutch, AngloSaxons and such)
This is because Germanics are essentially the leftovers of the Indo-European migrations. The Celtic aristocracy moved west while the serfs stayed. Think of the Bell-Beakers and how they outperformed the corded-ware and eventually replaced them except in Eastern Europe (R1b Haplogroup replacement of R1a)
Also, the Scandinavians aren't Indo-Europpeans they are mainly descended from the Hunter Gatherers
