Greatly increase fish sizes after the 42.10 nerf

After 42.10 the maximum fish size is limited to fishing skill level
Level 0 = 0.5
Level 1 = 0.9
Level 2 = 1
Level 3 = 1.4
Level 4 = 1.8
Level 5 = 2.3
Level 6 = 4.5
Level 7 = 9
Level 8 = 27
Level 9 = 32
Level 10 = 45

This mod simply ups that to

Level 0 = 5
Level 1 = 10
Level 2 = 13
Level 3 = 15
Level 4 = 18
Level 5 = 25
Level 6 = 30
Level 7 = 35
Level 8 = 38
Level 9 = 42
Level 10 = 45

Note this doesn't change the chances of catching bigger fish. i.e. at lvl 2 you still only have a 1% chance to catch a "large" fish
