NT Cybernetics Enhanced fix

Description
This mod is a temporary measure until the cyberbrain's behavior under EMP damage is fixed in the main mod. It does not change anything in the original Nebual mod except for fixing this error. Install it INSTEAD of the original.

I checked it, and it seems to work just like before. However, due to the recent changes in organ extraction, it looks a bit odd. Cyber organs can be removed without surgical sutures, while regular organs still require them. I also made a separate version of Neurotrauma that keeps all the features of the current update but reverts organ removal to the old method. If needed, I can make it publicly available. It’s just that I’m not a programmer, so I’m not sure how well everything works.
