Sounds great! But this mod is meant to be used with Ironman mode. That would require a totally different mod.

Then great, make it spicier! Add a decision to call yourself "Imperial China" and take on advances on the territory before you get to restore the Qing. Go bold!

Thank you for your comment, but the purpose of this mod is not historical accuracy, which is why I tagged it as "Alternative History." It's just for players who would likely follow the independence path and wish to see Puyi reign as Emperor before they declare the restoration of Qing China (as in many cases that could take a long time).

May i add a correction: Puyi was the Xuantong Emperor of China, but in the game he is as the ruler of Manchukuo. In the preparations of his ascension to the throne, he got to debate with the Japanese for the recognition of his old title, but the Kwangtung army denied it, thinking they would provoke China into a War earlier than they expected.

He did have an imperial name, though, but he reigned in Manchukuo as Kangde Emperor . If you don't like his civilian clothes, lots of mods gets him dressed as an Emperor but without chinese regalia, you could take a look into Rise of Nations or New Ways.
