Description
There will be no translation of the addon into English, as it just doesn't make sense.

But if you're still wondering what this addon is, it's simple. Every 90 days, an murder kills a random leader of a country. This is accompanied by one of a possible 10 events. Only the Soviet Union knows which country the murderer will arrive in. Other countries show a timer in the solutions, but there is no way to know where the murderer will arrive.

It is written about it, but only not in the English description. The addon was not intended for foreign audience, but because of its influx had to add a description in English

Copies for the most part don't bring anything new to the table. Therefore, the addon is still an upgrade and the best embodiment of the idea invented by T.S.Smith
