SNES Mute city

Description
The recreating of "mute city" course from f zero series. Blue falcon, Golden fox, Fire stingray and Wild Goose not included.
Please note that the track requires alot of PCU, so you might wanna disable the limit in the menu. Also, for saver driving and your own sanity, disable block destruction so that you don't break our lighting system, the repair would cost you 400 000 000 space credits.
